Default Romeo Engineering carpet

Has anyone ordered carpet from Romeo Engineering, Inc? I ordered mine in November and have not received it as of today. Their price was good and the set included the door trim carpet and they are the OEM for the heel plate but I am now considering canceling my order since it has taken soooo long. If anyone has dealt with them, please let me know.

I've called them four times, always had to leave a message, and never heard back from them. Your experience mirrors what some others have posted. :banghead:

I bought my carpet from them with little problems. It did take some time to get it, but UPS lost the 1st carpet  .

Many many people have had problems getting their order delivered from them, seems they are still turning business away :nonod: .

They're a small ma & pa outfit. My understanding is that it takes a long time to get things from them, but the quality is good. If you want the correct heel pad with the IMCO logo on it, then they're the only game in town. When I do get around to ordering a new set of carpet for my '70 I'm going to get it from Romeo. I've been through 2 sets of ACC carpet and was not happy with the quality at all.

I would like to order from them in the next week or two. I sure hope they can come through. I also installed ACC carpet about 4 years ago. It was showing visible signs of wear after 2 years and a whole 2500 miles.
