Default Compression Question.

If I buy a rebuild kit with pistons that will give me 9.73:1 compression w/ 64cc heads...what would that compression be on a 76cc head??

And what if I get the kit with 10.72:1 with 64cc...what would that be with 76cc heads??

The part number i'm thinking about is Summit Racing # FEM-MHP128-300
Thanks,
Aaron

not sure but i would go with the 10.72 ones. That should be in the 9.5 to 10 range.

Check out http://www.kb-silvolite.com/calc.phtml

It shows changing the heads cc from 64cc to 76cc you loss about 1.24 in compression
