front suspension bushings
After removing my engine in preparation for the new one I noticed that almost every rubber bushing on the front suspension is either dry rotted or gone. Where is the best plase to get new ones? Ecklers? local parts store? Please advise....
thanks

I have noticed the same problem! I have been doing an engine change and all the bottom rubbers are rotted. I need to find replacements as well. How much should this cost to have the bushings replaced by a front end shop? Fred.

Shop around. Look at some of the forum vendors... I do a fair amount of business with Zip and am pleased with them.
Most vendors have a front bushing special. Includes all the rubber in one package.
Good luck.

You need to decide if you want rubber or urethane.
In my opinion, rubber is the way to go if you are working on a driver.
Any catalog vendor has them.
