85 mph speedometer to 140 mph conversion by whom?
I thought I saw a post that mentioned the option of getting a speedometer converted to 140 mph. I have the notorious 1980 with 85 mph and now that I have restored with a 425 hp motor, etc it really deserves a little more range. If you know where I can get this done let me know. It should be cheaper than the outrageously priced 140 mph replacement available at Ecklers.
Thanks in advance,

I got this from a post a couple of weeks ago...
I don't know if Redline has a website or an email address, but I do know that several people have used Redline for their conversion and have been very pleased with the price and service.

Call John at Redline - 800/375-2310. I paid $56.50 w/exchange.

BTW John was using NOS GM 140mph faces and only swapped them out and re-calibrated your speedo. jim

Yeah, you're probably right, I wasn't thinking I just posted a quote from a post I had saved from another guy.

Marc,
I have the 140 speedo. John at Redline is the guy for it.
It's a piece of cake to install too.
Get it - You won't be sorry.
