I was really disapointed after seeing it yesterday. I'm a civil war nut, hard core reb, and thought they could have left 1.5 hours on the cutting room floor. I can only stand so much of Stonewall Jackson praying. Also the battlefield special effects SUCKED. Ted Truner should have gotten his money back from whoever he had do them.

Gettysburg was a much better film, a more balanced retelling of what actually happened. I hope the final film of the trilogy is closer to Gettysburg than what I was yesterday.
