How can I ship a fender from Ohio to California??
Hey all, I have a customer in Australia who just bought a fender for a '57
Chevy in New Philadelphia Ohio, and he wants me to ship it to California
to put it in a container with a '55 he just bought out there.
Any one have any suggestions??
I tried FEDEX, UPS, Airborne and the like, but they will not take it. :(

Look in the phone book for frieght shipping in your area. There is basically a large network of small frieght companies that will hand your package off to one another untill it gets delivered. I know it sounds scarry but they usually do a pretty good job. The down side is that it will cost allot of $$$

You can try US Mail but certainly Greyhound Bus will do it.

Hi Peter, Mailboxes Etc will pick it up, package it and ship it. Worked for me with a hardtop I had delivered.....pricey though.

I heard about the greyhound bus thing also.Someone told me it cost about $60 to ship a hood with them.not bad :seeya

Yup Greyhound. Got a hood from Georgia to Ohio for $70. Took about a week though. Only certain buses have compartments large enough.
