My First Post
Howdy ! I'm new to this forum and I'm looking forward to learning all I can about my car. I recently purchased a 1980 C3, 4 speed, Black on Black. I've installed an Edelbrock Performer intake, and a Holley 650 carb. It's at my mechanic's shop now having a a new cam installed. Should get her back tomorrow, then it's off to the painters to have the color freshened up. I've recieved Mid-America Designs and Ecklers catalogs and I've been window shopping, but want to wait on the cosmetic stuff until I get it running correctly.
Anyway, Sorry for the long winded post, but I'll be around !

Welcome aboard needforspeed2....
Black was probably the best color that GM ever painted these C-3's. Add a 4-speed and it gets even better. Add HP and then it really gets fun! Don't listen to those in the Northeast..... they are getting the jitters of being couped up. A vette with no where to go.:cry
Those of us who have them in pieces around the garage are used to it.
