Any real difference btn the MSD noise suppression unit ($30) and the Radio Shack ($15)
topic title says it all, other than I can pick up a Radio Shack unit locally but ould have to order the MSD unit and wait a few weeks and drive 60 miles round trip to get it.

I have the MSD unit and it completly got rid of all noise on my CD but still hear it in the radio. I doubt the radio shack one will be any better, you may never get rid of all the noise. I think the MSD is more than 30 CNDP ( Canadian Pesos ) :D

I've never used the MSD but I have used the Radio Shack and the Accel units. The Accel unit worked great, the Radio Shack unit didn't do anything. Take your choice.

I have the MSD and don't have ANY noise in the radio. Grounding is a BIG issue with an MSD. I ground to the frame right near the box.
