dress up cover for the A6 Air con?
I'm nearly done tricking up and prettifying my 350 in a '76 - but the big black 'football' of an air con compressor looks bad. I've seen chrome slip ons of a '77 up unit, has anyone any solutions for the older A6?

I don't know if this is what you're looking for but I did mine in the same Spray Grey as the other steel pieces. Then I masked off the cast iron pieces on the ends and sprayed them in Cast Blast. Then I put a coat of clear over everything. I think it looks a lot better than the black stock unit. Take a look at my sig pic.

I keep my A6 in the bottom drawer of my tool box :hat
Maybe one day my A.C. will work ... but prb not with the oem compressor! :lol: :party:

Thanks all......yeah, we came to the conclusion today that the brand new re-manufactured A6 I bought is junk. Well, if someone over in my part of the forest (England!) wants one, I will sell it.
I think a shiny small Sanden will arrive soon, with sexy March brackets.......you live and learn :lol:
