How do I bolt the Alt back?
 I have a 74 Stingray that I?m working on trying find its hidden horsepower.
I have bought a set of 202 dbl hump heads off a 68 vette and had them ported and polished and match ported with a 3angle valve job.
The problem I?m having is there is no place on either head to bolt the Alt to?? Is there a aftermarket bracket or some other way to bolt the Alt in the same spot.
This is a stock 350 motor.

If you don't have power steering you can use a set of brackets to mount the alternator on the lower left side of the engine using brackets like P/N 916-67900 from Speedway Motors

Get a hold of Year One or some other restoration company and try to find the manifold bracket.I had this problem with the 327 I put in a Chevelle once.I didn't care about the power steering, but I remember the chrome manifold bracket and water pump mounted tension arm.
