Default Battery relocation

I'm not real secure about having the battery sitting right behind me, may not ever be a problem, but would feel safer if it were elsewhere. Any ideas? Thanks in advance. :flag

It's there to allow access to the right rear storage compartment by the driver. to lower the Center of Gravityand contribute to front to rear balance. Try a sealed battery if you're worried about acid.

I considered a box behind the passenger rear wheel and running a cable on the inside of the frame to get more rear weight. But what I did and i believe every Vette owner should do is a knife switch battery disconnect.

The other safety item is a small fire exsting! Don't loose your vette over a small fire and the knife switch is also an anti theft.
