MC disconnect from Power Booster question
Im getting ready to do this as my booster is intermittantly bad.
The question is my MC is good and is relatively newer so do I need to disconnect the brake lines from the MC in order to pull it forward enough to remove the power booster?
If I do, will I need to perform an on car bench bleed to the MC again before I reconnect the brake lines?
*EDIT* my MC doesnt have the bleeders on it.
I think both answers are yes but just want to hear from the voice of experience on this one.

MN-Brent,
Just follow the procedure in your Chevrolet Corvette Shop Manual. You do not have to disconnect the hydraulic brake lines, position it away from the Power Brake unit being careful not to bend or kink the lines.

It's a tight fit, but you can remove the vacuum assist booster without disconnecting the brake line from the m/c. Just pull the m/c as far forward as it will go. I just did this a couple of months ago when I installed a Hydraboost unit.

Several times I have completely taken the master cylinder off leaving the brake lines open. I then replaced the master cylinder with no additional bench bleeding, reattached the brake lines then took one front wheel and one back wheel and pushed the padds back. This forced any air trapped near the master cylinder out of the system. One front brake and one back pushed both lines clean of air.
