I personally like staying with the original, but if your car already has mods then do whatever ya want. Those guages on GS car look sweet.I usually hate aftermarket guages but those do look good. :seeya

Do it however you like it. I could not care less about sto*k, however I do not change something that is fine as is. No plans to go aftermarket. Stock sleeper look works for me.

I did a massive search for different aftermarket gauges (rather than only looking at autometer).
Here is a link to the archived thread that I made showing photos of a ton of options for gauges. :)

Good luck.
Remember that you have a cable driven tach and speedo, mechanical oil pressure gauge and an ammeter.
If you want to keep them that way, make sure that you look at which gauge styles come in 5" mechanical tach and speedo as well as 2 1/16" center gauges. Many come with the 2 1/16" center gauges, but not the 5" tach and speedo. :)

Make sure to check out the Nordskog gauges in phoenix's post. That's what I'm planning to put in mine before the Power Tour comes thru here this June.

if your stock gauges are screwed, use aftermarkets!
(anyone did this mod with sport comp autometers?)

I am in the process of doing this rite now but to make it easier I am making a custom wiring harness from the spedo and from the center cluster to interface with the stock plugs so I don't have to cut up that brand new harness that I installed two years ago.
I will keep you posted as to how it goes.
