How Close is the Gas Tank To...
I want to mount my fire extunguishers (2) on tha back wall of the rear area (does that make sense?). But I am concerned that if I drill screws through that rear wall that I might hit the gas tank (and believe me, I'm just the idiot that would do something that stupid!). So, my question is how much room is between that back wall and the gas tank? Is this a terrible place to mount the fire extunguishers? I don't want to pay through the nose for one of those brackets for in front of the seats.
Thanks.

There is a few inches of clearance but you could possibly hit the tank when the drill breaks through. Drills like to grab when drilling fiberglas or plastic. Use a drill stop or put a piece of wood in between the bulkhead and the tank while you drill. Better safe than sorry.
