Default Thinking of putting Richmond 6 Spd. in a 72 coupe

Anyone done the 6 speed conversion on a shark? I have a former auto car that is now M21 With Centerforce. I would like to know what mods are needed to shoe horn a Ricmond in.

Lots have done it. You already have the hardpart. A removeable crossmember is the big hurdle. The rest should be easy. Massvette has done this twice I think. He should know with some others here

canuckvetter1,

I did the swap and would be happy to answer any questions on it that you may have. I have a website that I can link you to if I can get it to go up temporarily. I will email you on it.... The webpage has details of the swap....

I will be in touch in the next day or so....
