How can you tell if your car is an L48 or L82 by the vin?
Just cuiousto what my 80 used to be. Doesn't really matter I guess cause I am having the 502 installed.

L= 230hp /350ci
H=180hp/ 305 ci

My reference book actually says that it changed over the years. It is the fifth digit but here are the different years codes
