I finally found a copy of Corvette Magazine on a newstand and started flipping thru it. I thought to myself, "Gee this looks like a familar magazine." And lo and behold it is published by the same guys that do Excellence for Porsche!

http://forums.corvetteforum.com/zerothread?id=476728 has my comments on the current crop of Vette magazines, so I was surprised to see this. I love Excellence magazine and I think it can be looked upon as a defacto standard for marque specific magazines, so I have high hopes that Corvette Magazine will follow suit.

I am going to give the editor a call and see what road they intend to take. I am hoping to see as much about the C1 C2 and C3 as well as the C4 and C5. Excellence does a great job covering the early 911's as well as the 944 and 928 and there are some great articles on the 914.

So, I say good luck guys!!

I have a subscription and have received every issue since the very first one and am REALLY happy with it. It's a fine publication with an excellant variety of content for everybody. Of course, I read every issue cover to cover. I hope the good work keeps up in the future.

I subscribe :) The first few issues have been very good, hope they can keep up the pace. It is a "glossy" magazine, almost too glossy.

I agree, I really like Corvette Magazine. High quality paper too. I subscribe to Corvette Fever, kinda feels like you are reading a comic book compared to the new mag.
