WHICH Bellhousing for my 4spd swap????????
I finally have a good excuse for my 4spd swap. Tranny went out in my pickup last weekend so I will install the tubrbo 400 from the vette giving me the perfect excuse to go ahead with a 4spd swap>>>>>I will be using an 11 inch clutch. Will any of the larger bellhousings work in the c-3? http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...402328677&rd=1 Any reason this one wouldn't work??????

I would go with a bulletproof Lakewood bellhousing...

The 621 (last 3 digits of part # stamped on BH) is the 11" bell housing. They ususally go for $90 - $120 on ebay.
I agree with the others and spend another $100 or so and go with something that can save your feet.
