Does Colorado Blvd. really exist? Just playing car songs and wondered. And was that super stock Dodge a 413?
I don't know about the dodge though. :)

I thought that it must exist. On the Dodge, check this. Love trivia!

Years ago I had a totally stock BB Chevelle ('67/'68/'69 -?). Bought it from a friend in the Suck.
In the glovebox was almost every year's expired registration slips, indicating the original owner had the car for most of its life.
The name on the registrations was something like "Esther Finkleberg" or something "old lady" sounding. The address was in "Pasadena, CA".
When I showed the car, I placed the registration slips in the window, along with the original bill of sale.
It was a hot-rod owned by a "Little Old Lady from Pasadena"!

So she may have really existed? Maybe there is some truth in the origins of these old songs. Something beyond imagination may have triggered the words of the writers of them.

Yeah it would have been a 413 in '62 for '63 and '64 it would have been a 426 wedge just like the one i would've bought in 1974 for $1200 until my dad nixed that deal ( dad was fronting some of the cash ) :nonod: ended up with a really nice SS396 '68 Chevelle later.
