Default C3 catalytic converters and higher performance

Although I am sure it is hard to make an estimate, how much rear wheel torque could be developed on a 1975 L-48 with a blue-printed and balanced 350 tuned for low-end and mid-range torque? Other specifications would include pocket-ported closed-chamber iron heads, dished pistons, 9:1 static compression, Quadrajet, no EGR, appropriate hydraulic flat tappet cam, some form of HEI and CD ignition, 1 1/2 to 1 5/8 inch I/D headers, 1982-style front 'Y' pipe, single 2.5 to 3 inch core Dynomax catalytic converter, Dynomax mufflers, and a close-ratio 4 speed with a 3:08 rear end. Thank you.

Of course very difficult to make predictions, but I would think 300+ ft-lbs at the wheels should be doable.
