My neighbor complained about being woken up by my BORLAS when I start the ZZ4.
I suggested that it shouldn't be that bad, as long as it did not interfere with her sex life. Upon which she replied: “What sex life?” As a married man, I left it at that…….

Been there, they asked me what is wrong with the vette, it left quietly then came back loud. Back to mid levels now with true duals and Ultraflows, my wife told me they could hear me coming down the hiway over 1 mile away when I had them on.

Sounds great. I had a little argument with my previous neighbours, they kept telling me that I was too loud(My car was). So they moved and just when the new neighbours moved in I started the body off resto, so I've been very quiet and get along well with the neighbours, we'll see what happens when I fire her up for the first time this summer... :lol: :cheers:

My car sounds like armageddon but I didn't realize just how loud until my brother drove it home when my back went out. I heard him drive by my house and I though Godzilla got a custom harley. :lol:

I have a similar problem. I added Jet-Hot coated Heddman headers, true 2.5" dual exhausts and used my old 'blown out' Dynomax Super Turbos in a new exhaust configuration. The car is so loud that I don't even bother to sit in the driveway to warm it up (it does very well on its own driving anyway) and I keep my foot out of it until I'm out on the main road.

Life is tough I know.... I gotta admit, it is loud and I like it! :smash: :smash: :smash:

My neighbors have gotten used to the harley so the vette is more of the same. The dog avoids the bike but is scared of the car. There is nothing like rolling the hood out of bed in the morning. Cool summer nights are the best. You can here them for miles. :steering:
