Default Need major help with Oil Pressure switch and Temp switch

Both my gauges for Oil Presure and Temp arnt working and I'm not sure were the sensor should be at i got a 76 with a Edelbrok intake. Some kind of sensor screwed into the intake but insted of a wire running from it it has some kinda of spring coming from it. and i got no other sensor that i found. Were should the Oil Pressure switch be? and were should the Temp switch be?i got a 350 i think lol

I own a 79. Water temp sensor is on drivers side head (front)..with green wire. Oil pressure sensor was on block driver side towards rear, above clutch linkage....looks like a gold can.....best i can describe.

My 77's oil pressure sending unit is down below as well. I recall someome posting about theirs being above near the distributor.

Oil pressure sender is at the top rear of the block behind the manifold and about 2 inches left of the distributor.

If your temperature sender had a "spring on it", then I suspect it was/is a mechanical sender and gauge.

This is the oil pressure sensor. In 1976 there was no oil temp sensor. That appeared in 1981.

No problem. Water temp sensor is between two front cylinders on the driver's side.
