Here's the way to find out. Put a straight edge across the pan rails and measure the distance from the pan rail to the lowest point on the front pan lip. Pans that use the thin 1/4 inch seal measure about 2 1/4 inches. Pans that use the thick 3/8 inch seal measure about 2 3/8 inches. I'm pretty sure you need the thin one but I'd measure just to be sure. Good luck.
