Spiral Baffles--Hooker side pipes--Big Block music--and an update
Hey guys. It has been a while since I last posted. For some reason this new forum design and my brower don't get along all that well. If anybody knows any tips or tricks to help speed it up, please speak up.
On another note, I just picked up a set of the spiral baffles for my 69 at the NCRS show from Scott and the C3 Shark tank. I am really looking forward to slapping them in there and finding out what it sounds like.
Things really went well this last year after all the heartache, struggle, and money. Getting my car in Vette magazine was a dream come true. Thank you to all of those that have supported my efforts.
2003 is a new year, and many adventures ahead. If all goes well, I hope to wind up with a Richmond six, upgraded brakes, and a few more gadgets in the car by year end.
Please keep an eye on http://www.tropiczoneracing.com to see the progress on the sister to my 69 come back to life. Click on the race car, then the 71 Street Vette link to the left of the page. We hope to have this thing in full dress with a 540 Dart big block by June........
Can you picture it now????? My 69 (aka Killer), Dave's 71 (aka Bruiser), and maybe Merlin (three super bad big block Rats---prowling the street together. Man, that would be sweeeeeeet!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks for sharing the building process with us. Just an absolutely beautiful car and such a beautiful job! I loved the spread Vette gave your car. Nice to see a custom that I watched come together in a magazine.
