Default shock question

How do I tighten the top nut on my bilsteins? When I turn the nut the shaft does not come up through.

It could be that the stud is spinning when you try to install. I'm not sure what size, but stick an allen key into the center of the top of the stud to hold it iin place while you crank on the nut. I had to do this when I was pulling mine off. Putting them back on was cake though!
