Why would San Diego fans be happy if the Raiders lost? Is there a city rivalry?

Minnesota and Green Bay have a huge rivalry, but if Green Bay got into the Stupid Bowl, I would probably go with GB, no matter what.

Kind of like you can beat the hell out of your brother, but if someone else tries, youll back up your brother.

The Chargers and Raiders have had a long standing Rivalry that was made even worse by the notorious "Holy Roller" play in the 80's - dont remember the exact game.

When the Raiders play in San Diego, the police actually increase thier presence at the stadium - we have had stabbings and numerous fights and arrests during Raider games here.
