Congrats!!! Now call Revel Inc. and have them come out and measure your car for design and development of a 1/18 scale diecast. A guy on my mail route who has a 57 Fairlane hideaway hardtop had Hotwheels aproach him at a show. One day I pulled up to deliver his mail and these two guys were walkin all around his car taking measurments. He told me that they were using his car to model the development of a diecast model. They went thru with it and since then I have been delivering royalty checks to him from Hotwheels amounting in the thousands of dollars. He also got the first 6 serial numbered models. Cool huh?

Thanks guys, I had a Louie Fader in Indiana contact me this morning and he is going to send me the Vette 3/96 issue. I offered to pay him , but he would not hear of it. Pretty nice huh? Aquiring this issue will complete my resume on the publications the car has been in. Tying to be humble here, the car has also appeared in Corvette Fever 7/97 and 2/02 issues. You got to love it!

Hey Greg - great job promoting the 73 !!
Question : Are the wheels shown on your vette the ones issued in 73,
or did you get them from a later model ?
 :seeya

The Kelsey Hayes YJ-8's on the car were purchased new over the counter by the original owner in 1976. He had ordered the car with them under the infamous "constraint clause", and after GM kept giving him the run around he had to sign off and the car came with rally's. I am now in hot pursuit for a set of rally's prior to my NCRS TF judging in March. Wish me luck!
