Spare Tire Detail/Paint?
My project for this weekend will be to clean up the spare tire area. Any suggestions as far as paint products or colors would be much appreciated. If you have photos please post. I plan on removing the spare tire carrier and sanding and repainting it. Right now it is the worst looking part of the car. I may drop the tank as well.
Thanks

Very clean looks great. Thanks for the info. I like the clean look the chambered exhaust gives it. I am thinking about ordering it as well.

I removed my spare tire carrier completely and put it in the shed. The rear-end looks much better now that it is on "display".

Please excuse the nast azz exhaust system. It is getting replaced with from the cylinder head to the rear bumper next week. Thermal coated headers, dual cats., dual pipes and nothing but exhaust tips (no mufflers). It ought to sound sweet !!
