Info on re-chroming valve covers, air cleaner, ignition shield, etc.
My BB has the original valve covers, air cleaner cover, and ignition shield. I am considering a complete rebuild and would want to rechrome these items. What does this cost?
Any vendor recommendations would be appreciated.
Also, I would like to "freshen up" the look of my stock intake manifold. Can this be reconditioned? Who does this and how much?

Ahoy Hudman! I've used Hanlon Plating in Richmond VA and been very pleased with their chrome work. Look them up at yp.yahoo.com for their phone number. I need to send off some stuff in a few weeks. You wanna ship our stuff together to save shipping cost and hopefully get a better price?
