Default build sheet-now what?

I am ready to put the car back together, do I put the build sheet back over the tank or should I laminate it and put it in the folder I've made with what documentations I have. It is going to be a driveable, not a show.

Folder! Somewhere down the road the value of it being saved will be apparent. :yesnod:

I'd say just roll it up and shove it in the frame rail.

OR, keep the original, laminate, keep it out of the car, make a nice color "copy" of the original, put that one back on-no, no wait a minute
This may be considered forgery    But, this is the way I'd do it

A few months ago I replaced my gas tank with one from an 80 model. I already had the build sheet so I made a copy and laminated it then glued it to the new tank before putting it back in the car. Now I have the build sheet on the tank and one in the folder with all the car's other papers. I thought that if for what ever reason I sold the car that the new owner would know for sure that the build sheet is intact and on the gas tank. My motto: You can never have enough documentation.
