Default Sidepipe fit Q..

Just installed my pipes and noticed that i will need some minor modifications with the hammer to avoid that rattling sound that occure when the headers are banging againt the frame :smash:
How were yours?Did the fit straight out of the box or what?

Same problem on the driver's side, passenger side has 1" clearance...

BB & 72rdstr. My sidepipes for the "383" went on like a glove. The rocker moldings on the passenger side needed to be notched a little. JCL :yesnod:

No fit problems with mine (81). I bent the sidetube tabs flat so I could mount them under the frame rather than notch the rocker panels but other than that I had no issues with them....other than not having a big block :cry
