Default EFI Accel Guys - Need to pick your brains

Just got an 89 Formula with DFI 6.32 and I know a few of you have run it. I have some questions regarding programing it and want to see if I can get some questions answered. Figured I'd start here with people I know before moving to other CF Forums and other sites.

Couple main questions:

Is the LT4 hot cam too radical to run in closed loop at idle?

At what rpm should I have the torque conv locking at? (Vigilante 2400 stall)

If you don't mind I like to ask more but figure we can exchange e-mails if that is easier.

Also any recomended sites would be helpfull.

Thanks

Thanks Pat

I got the car from a moderator over at thirdgen and didn't want to have my first post be questioning his set up. :)

Figured i move the c4 section after seeing what guys here have to say.

BTW What vac are you getting from your hot cam? Seems he said he was getting over 16 at idle which should be high enough for closed loop operation. It is spitting out a lot of fumes at idle and will sputter after a while so I am guessing he has the open loop idle set to high.

Fevre-
Give me a call at the shop and I'll walk you through a couple of tables to get you started. 260-407-5455 Accel DFI is easy-peasy. We found 134 HP in a clients car with just calibration alone on his 1948 Ford Anglia w/ a BDS blown 355 SBC.
