PICTURES FROM SAN DIEGO CORVETTEFORUM MEET
Just wanted to share some of the pics I took.
This had to be one of the baddests driver C4's I've seen 1/4 at 11.38
Not a Corvette but one hell of a bad Hog!
This is my friend's at work 2003 ZO6, he also has a 69BB ragtop/ 76 L-48
Happy to say once we got to Imperial Beach it was the lone 2 C3 guys that closed out the bar

Cool pix Cali.... thanks for sharing. The new Vettes sure look good. Maybe I can win that Gold one of a kind lottery and put one in my garage. Not even gonna think about shelling out that kind of money when I can damn well do it perfectly well modifying a '74.

Re: PICTURES FROM SAN DIEGO CORVETTEFORUM MEET (bgrice)
Thanks brice. I was behind the lead car until i saw sandiegopaul and we played around on a straight away and this blue 2002 ZO6 reved up and left us like we were standing still. Not much on exhaust note but wow do they move out.
P.S. Hey C3 guys out there in San Diego lets get out there in force. Too many seas of C5's and not enough C3's :(

Wow, that is beautifull. Although I am a Camaro fan myself, they are still Chevrolets. I am helping my father fix up his 1978 Corvette (see sig). We are getting the heads redone, adding a mild Comp Cam, new oil pump, timing chain, Holley intake, and some chrome pieces to make it look good. He doesn't want any serious power out of it. We plan to have it on the road (registered and insured) with in a month's time. Hopefully next time you guys go out again, we will be able to join you. I think I can persuade him to drive down to San Diego for a Corvette meet. :flag

  Thanks for sharing Calli. Hey..is that near Balboa Park?? If I had my way, you'd have two more C-3's in that parade and one more guy to close the bar!!!!. Love SD!!! My sis has lived there 20yrs and I visit often. Good Luck...and YES..let's get more C-3's out there!

My bad, was that I didnt get my vette back from the painter in time to go :cry I would,ve loved that - Cali and I cruise on occasion but we definitly need to get more C-3's out there.
The Car cruise season will be starting in a month or two - maybe then.

Thanks for complements. I think the lack of C3's is a simple matter of on-hand inventory. C5's are being cranked out 100+ a day while the 20 year old cars are few and far in between. But had to add even with my 77 sandwiched in between 40 C5's that cost 30K more, twice as fast etc. etc where do you think the crowds go to :steering:
