Default Jim Shea questions

Some years ago I looked at a Mercedes on a lift, and noticed some very odd angles to the shock absorbers in the front, I think, and also some odd angles to other suspension components in the rear....can't remember too clearly just what they were, or much more than the observation....you have any ideas as to what/why it was done that way???

Can't help you with any information on shock placement.
