CRAGER SERIES 61 WHEELS ON A 79 VETTE WILL THEY FIT

I SAW IN THE JEGS CATALOG THAT CRAGER HAS THE 17" WHEELS IN THE 61 SERIES. WILL THESE WHEELS FIT ON A 79 VETTE?

If you can get them with 4" backspacing and 5x4.75 bolt pattern they'll fit. :yesnod:

I don't think that backspacing is the problem... I don't think that they will clear the calipers.. If they don't - you'll need 1/2 +inch spacers and long lug nuts... or spacers + long studs... You would also have to go with more backspacing if you need spacers.. There is no spec on a wheel that will tell you if they clear the calipers... I have seen 17" Cragers on Vettes... so - there's a way to put them on..
