Default my steering gear and Zip Corvette...

Zip has informed me that they will rebuild me another one...
if you try to buy a rebuilt right now they are presently back ordered but they connected me straight thru to the rebuild shop and they will "find" a core and rebuild it and send it to me tues...taking extra precautions that i get a real good tight rebuild...
once again i salute them for their customer service...
just thought you would like to know...

Zip will do you right, if they mess up they'll pick up the tab, with no questions. They have even picked up the tab when I've messed, when ordering a piece on the internet. They stopped shipment, called me, straightened me out and then shipped me the right part express for no extra charge! Good service.

I agree ZIP corrected a problem I had with a part I bought from them too. I had it well over a year before I even used it. When I did it failed causing me to flat bed the car 40 miles. I expected no help, but they stood behind their sale and replaced the part and also a part that was damaged as a result. Excellant service from David Walker and Company!

Hey, I am one of their VIP customers and have dealt with these folks for eons -- thats years for you and me!
Zip is the stuff, you are absolutely safe with them.
I have had Justin rebuild nearly everything on my car and his tech support is without peer.
