Re: Exhaust "Test Pipe" . Anyone Have One... (JRD77VET)
when i have my exaust done i am going to have one made with an exaust dump. so that at the track i can un cap it and have veeeeery little back pressure. the reason i am doing it on the "Test Pipe" is because i want to be able to bolt in a cat and be legal. and as far as i understand, dumps are illegal to have on emissions controlled vehicles.

I believe you are basically correct although laws may vary from state-to-state, province to province. See my post to Ontario C3 owners.

Paul79,
I have one on my 81 for two years now, its great. Sounds sweet, made car just a little bit deeper sounding. I got mine from Mufflertech.com they are in California. it cost me $34.95 delivered to my house in New York. Came with all new hardware and fit perfect. :)
