Do any other convertible owners suffer from this problem? After a day (or night) of cruising with the top down, my clothes, hair, jacket...whatever, smells like exhaust. My car doesn't smoke or leak exhaust anywhere, and I do not notice an exhaust odor while drivng (unless extended idling at stop-light).

I too love the smell of raw unburnt gasoline :D They should have that as an option on thsoe new cars, they're jsut too sterile.

I get it every time I go out. I had it in my Camaro also. Just unburnt hydrocarbons. My wife can tell every time I have had the car out. Just get used to it. Its a good thing :yesnod:

Well, I guess it would cover up the smell of another woman's perfume...but I just don't enjoy my clothes smelling like cigarette smoke or car exhaust! I can avoid smoky bars, but I cannot avoid my car.
