Thank you! I just had an engine replace on my 93 Jeep. The Junk Yard I bought the engine from Told me that the engine was a 95 with 89,000 miles on it. This car fax is from the Jeep that the engine came from which states that the engine had 191,811 miles on it and it was a 93. :mad :mad
They lied to me. If I had known that it had that many miles on it I would have shoped elsewere. Is there any way I can sue the basterd!!

No, but a verbal contract is as good as a written contract in most cases. All I have is the receipt that has the VIN, type of engine and how much I paid.

A verbal contract is just as good, as long as the other party admits to the verbal contract. That's where the problem will be. Even with a witness on your side there is room for subjectivity from a judge.
