I did the same kind of thing on my 79. Just keep pulling parts and eventually you will have everything covered. I was tickled with the engine in my 79. Lots of work went on in that engine compartment.

only problem with painting thoes peices is now the rest of the engine stands out :(

:iagree: If i take a pressure washer to mine it will look pretty, but its got fiberglass dust, and dried oil grime all over it. when i got it back from being rebuilt it looked awesome. very dark glossy valve covers with polished fins, orange block that almost looks like cherry red, freshly painted accesories.

good job. i was thinking of just setting off an ink bomb under the hood so it would dye everything black. :lol: :crazy:
