Default steering replacement question

A friend of mine just went through his entire power steering system and replaced the pump, valve, cylinder, and hoses.

Now his car will turn to the right just fine, but will not turn all the way to the left.

He says that the hoses are not binding on anything. What else could it be?

No, and neither do I.
Can you give a description, or give me an url that I can read about it at?

Thanks!

Go to http://www.corvettefaq.com and look under Steering. Download the following paper entitled: Control Valve Replace and Balance Instructions

This should help.
