Well - they are working.. but there are still a few bugs.. One of them is that sometimes the other persons posts only show up after you post again... :( (IM window pops up but no new message shows up)
If this happens - I usually reply with . just to see the message and then reply

Olivier- Just click the "send" button. It sort of refreshes the window, checks for new messages.
