Back in black !!!

Looks great. It's funny how much work it is to just paint up a few parts.

There is no brand but i went down to the local hobby shop my dad and i use to go to *i remembed using paints to paint material like that* took the part in and asked them what would be the best and he said that model aircraft paint would be the best because it wont chip like regular paint will, expensive stuff but well worth it in the long run.... so at least we were on the same page with what i wanted . :) :smash: :steering:

Do you have a picture of your polished aluimum ones?

Excellent job. I did the same on the bumpers of my 79 when I had it. Never thought of doing the grills though. Looks like you did a good job.

Thanks for the tip on the paint. I did the EXACT same thing to mine and the stinkin' paint started peeling and chipping before I got the grills screwed back on! :mad

I'll try it again with some of that kind of paint!
