Cig Lighter Doesn't work when headlights are on
When I plug in my phone charger into my cigarette lighter in my '68 roadster, it works fine...until the sun goes down and I have to turn on my head lights. Any ideas as to why?

Shouldn't be talking at all while drivin', but i still like to have my battery charger plugged in.
I guess, i'll take the console apart and shoot the wires.
