Default Hoses...again (sorry)

OK...so I can't afford the really nice stainless steel hoses and don't want to waste my money on the junky stuff. Are there any manufacturers that make colored hoses? Maybe that would look too tacky but I was thinking blue might look kinda nice. Just a thought. :confused:

Actually Goodyear makes some really nice hoses and oddly enough they come in BLUE. These were installed in mine when I bought it and they looked like high-quality pieces. You should be able to find them in any of the mail order catalogues.

IMO the worst part of rubber lines and hoses isn't the hose it's the clamps, in the lastest issue of Hot Rod magazine in the new stuff section there is a slick looking product by Pi-Thon Design. They are said to be able to tighten any style hose of almost any size with a compression ring. Availible polished or a variety of colors. You may want to check them out :cheers:
