Heater Fan And Switch
Hello out there.... The heater fan on the ol 72 is shot. I'm going to change the switch and the motor while I have the entire interior out. My question is...Is access to the fan motor through the engine bay?? Does the heater core have to come out too?? (hope not) Thanks in advance guys. :cheers: :cheers:

On my 69 you get to from the engine bay.
Sits just a little under the passengers side fender on the outside of the heater box.

You pull the fan motor from the engine compartment.I had to remove the radiator surge tank to get to it but it was a fairly easy swap.
