Default Door glass fitment

How tight is the door glass in the tracks? Should there be any side to side movement when the door is open? My I have adjusted the felt anti rattle pads out as far as they can go, but my glass can still wobble in the tracks when it is raised up. There doesn't appear to be anything on the outside surface to clamp it against the inner felt pads.

You should have a strip of felt and chrome along the outer window ledge. When I redid my '72 windows, I replaced those on my car and had to send the first set of anti rattle pads back as too small. I got another set that fit better from a different source( I think it was TLD). I don't have access to the car right now , but I am pretty sure there was not a lot of movement in the windows.
