I just about finished the ext. on my 69 and I'm trying to figure out if I can get 17" rims on on my 69' without any mods. 1 is it possible and 2 what size tires and rim width setup do I need, I really like the TT2's. This is my first time on the forum and so far been really helpful. Any help would be greatl.

I have seen alot of TT2 in the 16x8 and 17x8 size mounted on your car. Should fit with 255/50-16 or 255/45-17s

These are 17" Center Line rims with no spacers used......They will make them for your car..... :seeya Cappy

17x8 rims wth 4" backspacing will fit with no mods. Just be sure the spokes clear the calipers. TT2's clear.

255/50-17 tires are the same diameter as stock.

The TTII's are the best bet in 17"x8". Just make sure to have them to checked thoroughly, I believe people were having trouble with them being "out of round", and I hope they'll chime in.
