You have to realize that she owns her own catering business. Her cooking is right up there with the best restaurants in the world (Yes, I do know from experience).

My in laws came for a 5 day visit with 4 suitcases - 3 FILLED with home cooked gourmet foods - 210 pounds worth.

Saturday's dinner - Rack of Lamb with homemade jalapeno jelly, new potatoes, vegetables, wine.

By the way, I really do love my mother-in-law. She is a sweetheart. Now my wife on the other hand....she's awesome too!

We get to sit and drink and bitch about my wife too! She even tried to warn me to run when we told her we were getting married.
