Well said Clem. I know what you mean. But Joe has sure not slowed down over at NCRS. He is a very busy person and active participant!

I hear you Clem...even my cable connection gets compromised by the overwhelming volume of graphics both advertising and personal.
When I was on dial-up...couldn't handle the wait time with the forum and simply didn't participate. But cable speed helps most of the time...but it is tried by forum graphics.

joe has retired from his regular job,no that was not answering corvette questions, so as a retiree myself i wonder how i had time to go to work before. :D i have posted before i would pay a fee to use this board if eliminating the graphics caused by the ads would speed it up. i have the personal stuff turned off but it still is as slow or even slower than before the changeover.

Y'all on dial-up? I've got a DSL line here at the office and it's just like I'm accessing something on my hard drive most of the time. Costs $40 a month and well worth it, IMHO.
